These three online courses run throughout the year:

Introduction to Writing for Wellbeing
     (Stage 1)
Approaches to Creative Writing    (Stage 2)
Facilitation and Practice    (Stage 3)

These online courses on Zoom run throughout the year and each one can be completed within a month. You receive three contact sessions and there are learning
and creative tasks in between
. Each course builds on the previous one.

Introduction to Writing for Wellbeing     (Stage 1)
Learn the basics of setting up an environment for creative writing and reflection in a safe way.
Creative writing time for you to learn experientially what works and what interests you.
Explore a range of forms and techniques to broaden your writing repertoire.

Approaches to Creative Writing    (Stage 2)
For people who have completed the Introduction course
Learn about techniques to use in a variety of settings and with different groups or individuals
Develop your skills and understanding in the practice of facilitation
Devise a writing activity for a particular purpose with the tutor's support

Facilitation and Practice   (Stage 3)
For people who have completed Stages 1 and 2
Learn more about techniques for working with others in groups or one-to-one
Develop skills through practice scenarios and approaches and content for different settings and needs
After the course, you are invited to write about a key area that interests you
CPD certificate on successful completion of Stage 3
